TT&D Candles Shipping Policy

At TT&D Candles, we take pride in carefully hand-crafting each candle in The Still Collection. Every order is prepared with intention, care, and a little light — from our studio in Omaha, Nebraska to your home.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• During product launches, holidays, or special promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS).

• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.

• Expedited or Priority Mail options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Free Shipping

• Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $125.

• Orders under $125 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. TT&D Candles is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make an update, contact us immediately at TTDcandles78@yahoo.com before your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local USPS office or neighbors first, then reach out to us for further assistance.

• TT&D Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS marks them as delivered.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.
